- • A copy of the latest “Modello Unico per ditte individuali e liberi professionisti” accompanied by a receipt certifying that it has been presented to the “Agenzia delle Entrate” office.
- • Latest Financial Statements for Companies accompanied by Supplementary Note and receipt certifying that it has been presented to the “Camera di Commercio”
- • Company Registration Report (dated no later than 6 months after presentation) or VAT number for individual companies
- • A copy of the ID of the legal representative
- • Privacy Policy signed by the legal representative
- • Long-term car rental contract signed on all pages
- • SEPA form for direct debiting of rental fees
Of course, you can return your car at any time directly to our center. We will be happy to hear your reasons. The early return, according to the contract signed, however, provides for the payment of penalties.
It may vary depending on the vehicle’s brand and model you chose. It will be our concern to communicate an approximate time so you can organize yourself better. However, if you prefer to avoid waiting, you can choose from our cars for immediate delivery.
The services always included are:

- • management of registration and delivery of the new vehicle,
- • ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and tire assistance,
- • insurance coverage (RCA, PAI),
- • Limitation of Liability for Theft and Fire and accidental damages to the vehicle with penalties,
- • car accident management,
- • breakdown assistance,
- • and payment of car taxes.
There are also optional services that are customizable according to your needs:
- • A substitutive car,
- • A pre-allocation car during the waiting period for the delivery of the finalized vehicle,
- • management of parking tickets,
- • A card for refueling fuel,
- • An energy key for electric charging (with the rental of electric vehicles),
- • and Legal Protection.
Individuals, companies, public institutions, and VAT professionals can apply for car rental for long-term periods. We consider some paramount requirements, such as income, years of activity, and the specific demand for the number, type, and value of vehicles to rent.
No, no deposit is required.
Yes, we ask for a prepayment which will then be deducted from the monthly rental fee. It is calculated as a percentage of the vehicle’s value (10%-15%-20%).
Sure. We can discuss the terms of the contract at any time and review them even if you are already using the service.
